Once your online order is complete you will receive an email containing your Order Confirmation Number.

Within 2 days of shipping you will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships. You will be provided with a tracking number and signature will be required upon delivery. Ready to wear styles that are in stock usually ship the next business day and takes 1 – 3 working days within South Africa or 7 – 14 days for international shipping. Made to order styles take 11-15 weeks to produce and ship.

The cost of shipping within South Africa ranges from R250 to R750 depending on weight and parcel size. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes as your parcel needs to be signed for. The cost of international shipping ranges from R1000 to R2000 via courier delivery, or more with Express delivery. Sheer Bride uses DHL normally but this might vary from country to country. We will communicate shipping method with your order confirmation.

International orders may be charged with import duties and taxes upon entering your country. This determined by the customs agency of the destination country, and added to the Sheer Bride shipping cost. Payment of any duties and taxes will be collected at the time of delivery and be the responsibility of the recipient. Make yourself aware of possible extra fees by contacting your local customs office for more information.
