WHAT CAN I AS A BRIDE EXPECT FROM YOU?

We are a small family run business that designs and manufactures unique bridal wear for discerning brides. We operate both locally and internationally and specialize in made-to-order and custom wedding dresses which are made in individual sizes for sale or rent.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM DESIGN?

Our Boho Bridal range is highly customizable – we are able to add or remove sleeves, change the neckline or back or even the silhouette. We can also create your dream dress from scratch using our existing fabrics as the foundation.

WHEN SHOULD I BEGIN DRESS SHOPPING?

We have a comparatively short production times of around 12 weeks, but advise you to start shopping sooner rather than later – ideally 4 months before your wedding date is due. If you plan to buy a custom made gown, allow an extra month.

CAN I RUSH MY ORDER?     

Please inquire before ordering as we will do anything possible to help!

WHAT IS THE PRICE RANGE OF YOUR GOWNS?

Rentals start from R4000
Ready to wear starts at R5000
Made to order gowns start at R8400

The average price of gowns to purchase is R11000. No gowns are currently more than R20900 which makes us one of Cape Towns most affordable bridal shops!

WHAT SIZE GOWNS ARE AVAILABLE TO TRY ON ?

Our gowns are between ZA 8 and 16. Should you be outside of this range, we have ways of visualizing how the gown will look.

WHAT DOES MADE-TO-MEASURE MEAN?

The gowns are made to your individual size. We will take your measurements at the appointment and draft a unique pattern which will make the gown fit you perfectly.

WHAT DOES READY TO WEAR MEAN?

The ready to wear gown is from the small range which is available to take home the same day. Keep up to date with our current stock by checking our Facebook page photo album.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Reserve your appointment for the closest few. Our studio is small, and for the occasion to be all about finding the perfect dress, it is best to not bring more that 3 guests along. In our experience, 2 guests is the perfect number. You’ll have a chilled hour with space to focus on your vision.

HOW CAN I BEST PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

Arrive relaxed, hydrated and well-nourished so you are not limited by fatigue. Bring a sense of open-mindedness as you never know what your dream gown feels like until you wear it!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Wear skin coloured underwear that you don’t mind being seen in by our consultant. Why not come a bit beautified with eye makeup and hair, in order for you to get a sense of the full picture.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I BOUGHT MY DRESS?

As soon as the deposit is paid your dress will be made in your size with the modifications you require. We will send you photos to keep you updated on the progress. Once the gown is ready, we’ll contact you to come to collect it. This is an incredible day!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY GOWN TO BE COMPLETED?

We will have your gown ready in about 12 weeks after you ordered it. Custom gowns could take a month longer.

DO YOU HIRE OUT DRESSES?

You can rent select gowns in the Boho Bridal collection. The gown can be ordered in standard sizes SA/UK 8-18.

DO YOU sell bridesmaid or flower girl dresses?

We only sell bridal gowns at this stage but can recommed designers in the local area.

DO YOU sell veils?

We make our own and sell plain veils of various lengths at affordable prices. We don’t do lace or decorated veils.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final, and the deposit is non-refundable. In the unlikely event there is a construction related problem, we will either repair, replace or exchange the dress. We cannot offer exhanges if you have changed your mind.

do you offer alterations?

We don’t offer alterations as a service unless agreed at the time of purchase.
When a Made to Measure gown is ordered the dress is made to your exact size. In the unlikely event alterations should be needed we can recommend a professional service in the local area.

how does payments work?

To book your dress whether rented or purchased, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the order. You are contractually obliged to pay for the dress in full once you have paid the deposit.
For purchasing, the remainder is paid on your first fitting.
When renting, the full fee is payable on your first fitting, and the deposit returned when the dress is handed in at the studio after the wedding, provided it is in original condition.

We accept payment via cash, bank deposits or EFT.
