WHAT CAN I AS A BRIDE EXPECT FROM YOU?

We are a small family run business that designs and manufactures unique bridal wear for discerning brides. We specialize in modern and bohemian made to order wedding dresses that are available for sale or rent.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM DESIGN?

Our Boho range is customizable – we are able to add or remove sleeves, change the neckline or back or even the silhouette. We can also create your dream dress using our existing designs as the foundation.

WHEN SHOULD I BEGIN DRESS SHOPPING?

We have a comparatively short production times of 3 months, but advise you to start shopping sooner rather than later – ideally 4-5 months before your wedding date is due.

HOW CAN I BEST PREPARE MYSELF FOR THE APPOINTMENT?

Looking for a dress is an exciting time and it is normal to feel a little nervous, but please don’t worry as we make you feel welcomed and at ease. Arrive relaxed, hydrated and well-nourished so you are not limited by fatigue. Bring a sense of open-mindedness as you never know what your dream gown feels like until you wear it!

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING?

Reserve your appointment for the closest few. Our studio is small, and for the occasion to be all about you finding the perfect dress for you, it is best to not bring more that three guests along. In our experience, one-two guests is the perfect number. You’ll have a chilled hour with space to focus on your vision.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Wear skin coloured underwear that you don’t mind being seen in by our consultant. Why not come a bit beautified with eye makeup and hair, in order for you to get a sense of the full picture.

CAN I RUSH MY ORDER?     

Sometimes it is possible, so please enquire as we will do anything to help.

WHAT IS THE PRICE RANGE OF YOUR GOWNS?

Rentals start from R7500
Made to order gowns start at R12400

Most made to order gowns are between R14000 – R16500. No gowns are more than R19700 which makes us one of Cape Towns most reasonably priced bridal shops.

WHAT SIZE GOWNS ARE AVAILABLE TO TRY ON ?

Our gowns range between ZA 8 and 16, most of them being 10-14. Should you be outside of this range, we have ways of visualizing how the gown will look.

WHAT DOES MADE TO ORDER MEAN?

A brand new dress is created for your wedding and is made to your individual size. We will take your measurements at the appointment and draft a unique pattern which will make the gown fit you perfectly.

WHAT DOES READY TO WEAR MEAN?

The ready to wear gown is from the small range which is available to take home the same day. Keep up to date with our current stock by checking our Facebook page or contact us.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I BOUGHT MY DRESS?

If your have purchased made to order dress, as soon as the deposit is paid your dress will be made in your size with the modifications you require.
If you have bought a ready to wear dress, your dress will be ready to take home as soon as the alterations are completed, if any were required.

Once the gown is ready, we’ll contact you to come to collect it. This is an incredible day!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY GOWN TO BE COMPLETED?

The dress will arrive within 3 months after you ordered it. Customized gowns could take a few weeks longer.

DO YOU HIRE OUT DRESSES?

You can rent gowns in the Boho Bridal and Boho Luxe collections. The gown will be created in your individual size within the range of SA/UK 8-18. Our rental gowns are made brand new for your wedding, which means the dress is made especially for you and noone else would have worn it.

DO YOU OFFER ALTERATIONS?

The dress is made to your exact size as when you ordered, but it is likely that we need to adjust to fit perfectly. We do alterations one month before your wedding. Please note that alterations are quoted extra and the additional cost will depend on the extent of the work.

HOW DOES PAYMENTS WORK?

To book your dress whether rented or purchased, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the order.
The remainder is paid at your alterations appointment, no later than one month before the wedding.

We accept cash, card and payments via EFT or bank deposits.

If you settle your deposit at the appointment or within 24 hours, we will include a free veil with your purchase!

HOW DOES HIRING PAYMENTS WORK?

For renting, a 50% deposit is required to book the dress for 72 hours. The full hiring fee is payable at your alterations appointment, or no later than one month before the wedding. The deposit returned when the dress is handed in at the studio after the wedding, provided it is undamaged.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final. In the unlikely event there is a construction related problem, we will either repair or exchange the dress. We cannot offer exhanges or refunds if you have changed your mind.
